Urbana Police Division - Flock Safety
The Urbana Police Division is using the latest technology to detect and deter criminal activity. Flock Safety Automatic License Plate Readers (ALPR) have been installed in strategic locations around the City of Urbana to capture vehicle and license plate evidence. Flock cameras provide around the clock coverage to help improve the safety and security of our community. Alerts are received for cars in connection with crimes, stolen vehicles, wanted persons, and missing persons.
