​The Office of Community Development for the City of Urbana is involved with economic development, grant writing, city project administration, and community planning initiatives. Our staff has extensive experience with brownfield redevelopment projects, and is responsible for administering the city’s Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) and Enterprise Zone (EZ) programs.
