Urbana Police Division Records Department
The Records Department is responsible for maintaining all Police records, including crash reports and incident reports. The Records Department regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.

Public records requests are responded to within a reasonable timeframe depending on the complexity of the request and the availability of the record.
