Below is a list of forms and informational brochures that provide applicants, property owners, residents, and businesses with general information about the Department of Zoning & Compliance. Make sure to read all forms carefully and submit all required documents. BUILDING AND ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS APPLICATIONS
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold its meetings on the second Monday of every month at 6:00pm in Police & Fire Training Room on the second floor of the City Municipal Building. In order to be added to the agenda, applications must be completed and submitted to the Department of Zoning & Compliance 14 days prior to the regularly scheduled meeting.

DOWNTOWN DESIGN REVIEW BOARD APPLICATIONS
